Audio Technology department is under the Physics department at AU. It's a combination of Physics, Music, Electronics and Computers. It's a lot of fun since along with solving equations you get a chance to hear the results too!
Analog Synthesis was my favored section since we had to put our hands on a real Moog analog synthesizer. Moog him self installed that wonderful piece of equipment and electronics at AU early 1970s I believe.
Music and Technology is a newer department that started at the end of 1980. It is under the Music department and along with the audio technology department result in a uniqe and facinating combination.
